We will then deliver your prescriptions FREE of charge to your home, work or other address of your choice, or you can come back to our pharmacy to pick them up. Delivery You may request that your medicines are delivered to your home, place of work or to any other address of your choice within our delivery area. Our drivers are instructed to deliver medicines only to the patient or other responsible person. Under no circumstances can they leave medicines on the step, in an out-building, or pushed through the letter box. They will not leave medicines with children. Controlled drugs must be delivered to the patient or someone who has the care of the patient, and must be signed for. The delivery driver is not qualified to answer patients' queries concerning their treatment:, so if you have any concerns contact our Pharmacist or your Doctor. Our contact telephone number is always attached to the medicines. If the driver is unable to make a delivery of your prescriptions for any reason, for example no-one was available to take delivery of them, he will leave a card advising you to telephone the pharmacy to make alternative arrangements.
